Clients book sessions through seamless checkout. After sessions, funds are transferred to experts via our payout system. We support refunds when needed, and our Coffee Cup reward economy incentivizes engagement and allows client-to-expert transfers.

Every meeting includes video/audio, screen sharing with system audio, collaborative whiteboard, live chat with reactions, breakout rooms, virtual backgrounds, live transcription with speaker ID, and session recording (plan-dependent).
All meetings use encrypted WebRTC with secure SRTP/DTLS protocols. You can add passcodes, waiting rooms, invite-only access, and IP restrictions. We provide email verification, consent tracking, and audit logs for compliance.
